RGS Development Group Inc. was incorporated in November 9th of 2001. RGS founder Robert Gonzalez received General Contracting License January 1999 while working with Protec General Contractors. Work experience included estimating, cost analysis, dispute resolution and plan review. Labor experience includes wood and steel framing; drywall, structural steel, masonry, concrete and general construction management.
Under RGS Development Group Inc. Team, Robert Gonzalez and associates work experience included ground up Construction projects, lot split subdivisions, entitlements, wet and dry utility installation, ground up construction and all required street improvements. Other work experience under RGS engineering license included construction of commercial strip malls and large housing tracts. RGS Development Group Inc. has successfully completed over 65 construction projects ranging from 30,000 dollar remodel work to 8.5 million Big Box Super Market / Tenant space conversion remodel.
RGS Development Group Inc. managed various projects for Cardenas Markets Inc. under Robert Gonzalez tenure as Director of Construction and Development between; March of 2009 to December 2014. The responsibilities as Director of Construction and Development included energy management, project management, construction budgets, big box remodel and refrigeration renovations, restaurant construction, maintenance trend analysis, planning and implementation of various energy savings measures.
RGS Development Group Inc. is a construction engineering and management company, serving its clientele with the highest degree of integrity and cost effectiveness. We focus our efforts in the California Inland Empire region.
